Terms and Conditions of Sale

PLEASE NOTE: INSTALLATION OF POWER POINT IS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Please ask sales representative to indicate correct position. (refer to condition 1 below)

  1. A 3 pin 240 volt power supply for auto operator is the responsibility of Owner/Builder (not 89 Enterprises), and is not included in the quotation.
  2. Any Council approvals required are the responsibility of the Owner.
  3. Additional work outside that quoted will be considered an extra and will incur additional costs.
  4. Details mentioned in the "Client Note" sapce are for the express purpose of advice to the client of any variations to the openings. it will be the responsibility of the client to be aware of these remarks.
  5. Installation of our products, where installed by 89 Enterprises, will be done by factory trained contractors. Whilst every care is taken during installation, no responsibility will be taken for building constructions beyond our control.
  6. During manufacture and/or installation some scratching or buffing may occur to the colour of the door. 89 Enterprises reserves the right to touch this up with touch up paint as per the steel manufacturer's specifications.
  7. Shadowing (rippling that occurs as a result of roll forming/pressing flat sheet steel) in the panel surface on sectional doors will be more evident in "SMOOTH FINISH". It is unavoidable and therefore not covered under warranty.
  8. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days.
  9. No alteration to order unless in writing.
  10. Unless otherwise advised a 50% deposit is payable upon acceptance of order, and acceptance must be in writing.
  11. Balance payable on installation. Overdue accounts will accrue interest at 10% per month.
  12. Like any programmable electonic appliance, your garage door opener requires periodic adjustment. Please consult your owners manual. Adjustments, globes, noise etc. and electrical faults caused by supply are NOT under warranty. Ensure that your door is cleaned regularly and serviced at least once per year.
  13. Warranty period for service is strictly 3 months (except complete units)
  14. Warranty period for installation faults is 1 year. (Refer to manufacturers warranty for product warranties).
